Remember Everybody

Privacy & recording

This page is a draft, waiting for our lawyer’s review. Last updated October 4, 2026.

This website

This website has no forms and no sign-in, and it does not ask you for anything. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages.

Booking the free first meeting

The booking page is run by Cal.com. When you book, it asks for your name and email address so it can send you the invitation, and the booking is added to our calendar. The meeting itself is a Zoom video call.

Recording

We record the free first meeting only with your permission, which we ask for at its start. If you decide not to go ahead, we delete the recording.

Every recorded session after that begins by asking your permission to record.

Your story and AI

To write down and organize what you tell us, we use AI services. Your recordings, and what you say in them, may be processed by those services.

What is yours

You decide what is written down and what is left out. Everything we make for you comes back to you on a hard drive that’s yours to keep.

Where it is kept

Where your recordings and files are kept, who can see them and how long we keep them: ask us, and we will confirm it in writing.
